then before you know it, you're checking texts, discipline gone, -5 brain points.
and you've just spent a couple minutes scrolling on your phone.
these are the little 5 min blocks which add up.
you may not notice it but you do this more than once a day, not just in the morning.
you eat in your room watching yt, you can't work because your plate is here.
and you cba going downstairs to put it down.
so you just end up watching youtube for the next hour with a empty bowl on your desk.
and you know bro.
it’s the small moments like these that define your success.
how do you fix this?
you stay vigilant.
because before this, you didn't notice that you did these little things.
but I've just taught you about it.
and now you will notice them, you will notice the extra 5 mins you lay in bed, or the 1 extra hour on youtube.
and now it is your job to discipline yourself to get the fuck up in the morning instead of laying in.
I can't discipline myself for you, all i can do is give you this info.

research about the "perfect" form or some shit (time + brain power wasted.)
but that is just time wasting, because our full time goal here is money/business.
but we also want to keep our health mastered with most efficiency.

think rn how do you do this with the 80/20 rule?
you would :
record videos.
learn about productivity.
learn about camera skills.

optimize your channel banned for a whole day

comment on others videos

think "is this really necessary?"

and it's very true.
because listen up.
if other people around you, they start talking as if 10k is nothing.
you'll start to believe that as a truth.
