tired, but still going.
but lets talk about emotions, and how they actually work, and how to rewire and detach from them for discipline.
we’ll look at “tired” as an emotion.
when you’re tired, it’s hard to do work, it’s hard to do anything because you want to sleep.
when you’re tired (emotion), you want to sleep (action)
same way if you’re motivated (emotion), you want to change your life (action)
each and every emotion brings you to an action.
if you’re feeling lazy (emotion), you want to do nothing (action)
discipline is a game of not letting the emotion control the action.
whether you’re tired, whether you’re feeling lazy. you always choose the path of progress.
you offset the emotion, and you do whatever needs to be done, not what your body is telling you it wants to do.
the reason why someone is disciplined is simply because they know how to CONTROL emotion.
controlling emotion is something you’ll be told to do.
but no one ever tells you how to do it…
to actually do it, you have to understand that each emotion is simply bringing you forward to do an action.
when you feel an emotion, it wakes up and shouts at you to do an action.
for example, if you’re feeling lazy, it shouts at you to do nothing.
most peoples brain will listen to the emotion, and they can’t overpower it.
they don’t realise that this emotion is not them, they’re simply listening to an emotion.
being a man is simply knowing how to control your emotions.
emotions is what will bring you to your downfall.
even something as bad as rape, why does it happen? emotions overtake morality.
some emotions are more powerful than others.
lust, anxiety, fear. these are what will drive you the most.
and coincidentally? these are the emotions that sell.
sex sells, fear of missing out sells, anxiety about the future sells.
you know why?
it hits closer to your primal brain.
your subconscious mind still has hints of how your ancestors live in it.
sex, desire for reproduction. that sells.
fear, the fear of not getting food before sunset. that sells.
anxiety, the stress of not knowing what is lurking in the bushes. that sells.
you should keep this in mind when selling. because… it sells.
but whats more important… is you know how to control the emotion yourself.
the reason some people get to work when they’re feeling lazy, feeling sad…
it’s simply because they’ve rewired that emotion to shout something different at them when that “emotion” wakes up.
I used to have an affirmation I’d tell myself.
“sleep is a supplement to me, I don’t need it, it just makes me more powerful”
this worked extremely well after I fully started to believe it.
placebo trumps biology. read psycho cybernetics.
I was sleeping a good amount, and that only added to the power.
i’d never wake up tired, because I knew tiredness wasn’t real.

so when that emotion of “tired” would pop up into my brain… my brain would simply shut it off and realise it isn’t even real. and I wouldn’t get tired.
this was so interesting to me, but it got to a point where I wouldn’t sleep for a full night, then hit the gym at 6am.
then my routine got fucked, so I had to stop telling myself sleep isn’t needed.
but this taught me a lesson.
everything that you “feel” can be altered.
if your body can literally offset tiredness, it can offset everything.
sleep, the thing that every animal does. only humans can offset it because of some words that they tell themselves.
the human mind is very interesting because of this.
we can change our relationships with certain emotions, other animals can’t.
this is what makes humans unique.
other animals can’t control their emotions, humans can.
but most people still live like animals.
they still succumb to their emotions, they still succumb to stress, they still succumb to lust, they still are a victim to their emotions.
this is because they don’t realise that the emotion is not THEM.
they don’t realise that emotions are something that YOU hold power over.
whatever you “feel”, you can control, because you’re FEELING it.
every emotion is learnt.
if you find it stressful to approach a girl, it’s simply because you’re fearing rejection.
but, why does a person fear rejection?
because they’ve been rejected in the past, it may not even be by a girl. just rejection in general.
rejection is inherently painful because to your biological primal brain it means that you’re getting “kicked out” of a tribe.
your subconscious thinks that you’ll now be stranded and alone, and much more likely to die that way.
of course you’re not going to die because a girl rejected you… but that’s what your subconscious thinks. that’s why it’s so painful.
humans are wired to survive. to escape death. because it’s our primal brains that think like that.
so, how do you actually rewire an emotion?
some people deal with heartbreak by being sad, and some people use it for drive.
why?
what’s the difference.
their brain responds differently.
if i feel doubt, i go and work on something. I go to the gym. I learn something new. I BUILD something, that is the correct response to doubt.
if I feel sad… can’t remember the last time i felt sad, but I’d hit the gym and simply use that emotion to drive me towards the better future.
If i feel anxious, i go and work on something again. simply because anxiety means a lack of action.
you need to realise that these emotions aren’t YOU.
you can change your relationship with every emotion.
for me, every emotion correlates with a better future.
a better body, better skills, more money.
and it’s only because I know the law of creation.
this is one of the 50 rules for thinking.
whatever negative emotions you experience.
you can offset it by simply creating something.
females are much more prone to emotions, it’s biology, they get mood swings all the time.
but men? you have the ability to control your emotions, it’s in your biology.
that’s your gift. with the feminine there must be an opposite which is the masculine.
and to control any emotion, you simply have to create something.
you clean your room, create a better environment.
you go to the gym, in the process of creating a better body.
you make an ad, you post a piece of content, levelling up your money.
feel emotion, create, emotion turns positive.
it’s the law of creation.
use this as a tool.
reframe your relationships with emotions.
that’s how you control it.
if you feel sad, go make some money, hit the gym.
if you feel anxious, go make some money, hit the gym.
if you feel doubtful, go make some money, hit the gym.
if you feel lazy, go make some money, hit the gym.
granted, much easier said than done.
but don’t use this as motivation.
use this as a REAL concept.
a concept you live by.
mastery comes with repetition.
reframe your reaction to emotions.
to put it in live action…
